Ten Shared Principles

After three years of conversations between the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police and the Illinois NAACP State Conference, the Olympia Fields Police Department publicly affirmed the Ten Shared Principles mutually created by both organizations.

The Ten Shared Principles is only 727 words, but the words are meaningful and will serve as a guiding force for our community and our law enforcement professionals to replace mistrust with mutual trust wherever, whenever, and however we can.

As your Chief of Police, I encourage everyone to read the Ten Shared Principles and to take the time to incorporate those principles for the betterment of our Village.
