2. Any resident in the Village of Olympia Fields can nominate a neighbor for the “Home Improvement Recognition”. The purpose is to recognize improvements done to landscape or structurally to a home in the village. It can be sent to a new owner who has made home improvements or a long-term resident who has made improvements that increase the over-all beauty and value of a neighborhood. Nominations can be made any time during the year. After evaluation by the Beautification Committee, recipients will receive a letter of recognition.

    Example: Since the homeowner has purchased their home, they have steadily improved the property and its ground.
