NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Olympia Fields Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on October 14th, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Olympia Fields Village Hall, 20040 Governors Highway, Olympia Fields, Illinois 60461. The purpose of the public hearing will be to consider proposed amendments to the Olympia Fields Zoning Ordinance. Specifically, the proposed amendments would make what are commonly referred to as “Smoke/ Vape Shops” allowed only in the B-1, B-2, and B-3 Districts and only as an accessory use to an approved principal use.
All interested members of the public will be heard at the public hearing.
