Where is the Olympia Fields Police Department located?

All police services are coordinated from the Village Hall complex. The police department can be reached by the entrance to the Village Hall. The complex is located at 20040 Governors Highway in Olympia Fields. The police non-emergency number is (708) 503-8100.

How do I get a copy of an accident or incident report?

Copies can be obtained from the police department between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. There is a $5.00 charge for accident reports requested by non-residents. A request for an accident report can also be mailed to the police department at 20040 Governors Highway, Olympia Fields, Illinois 60461.

I need to be fingerprinted for a job application or professional license, will the police department do this?

Yes. Please call in advance to schedule an appointment. There is a non-resident fee of $15.00. Please bring the print cards you were given with you.

Where do I pay a traffic ticket?

Parking Tickets and C-Tickets can be paid for directly at the Police Department, 20040 Governors Highway, Olympia Fields.

A relative or friend has been taken to the St. James Olympia Fields Hospital for treatment, where can I find out about what happened?

If a police agency responded to the incident where someone was injured, you will need to contact the agency that has jurisdiction at the location where the incident happened. Often this is an agency other than the Olympia Fields Police Department.
